

She was born October 24, 1929 in Duluth to Edward and Elsie Hicks. After graduating from high school, Mitzi attended Duluth Business University. She retired from Duluth Clinic and she was still in touch with a few close friends.
Mitzi was a senior tap dancer and danced with the “Inspirations.” She also sang with the “Sweet Adelines.” Mitzi was and still will be an inspiration to her family and friends. She was very active and well thought of at her church, United Protestant of Morgan Park. She participated in the quilting group, sang in the choir, was a server and helped out wherever she was needed. Her greatest love was her family and she was very devoted to the welfare of all animals. Mitzi will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Mitzi was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her daughters, Trudy (Stephen) Wick, of Wabasha, MN and Francine (Randy Dulinski) Conito, of Duluth; six grandchildren, Tracy (John) McCormick, Stephanie (Chris) Potter, Terry Wick, Garrett (Sundae) Markle, Paul Conito and Judie (Derek) Streu; nine great-grandchildren; her sister, B. Georgette Skafte, of Norfolk, Virginia and brothers, Jeff Dunderdale, of N.Y. and Steve Dunderdale, of Virginia; and a very special friend, Caroline Caywood.
Visitation from 1:00pm until the 3:00p.m. memorial service Saturday, February 13th in the United Protestant Church, 88th Ave. W. & Arbor St., Morgan Park. Arrangements by the Bell Brothers Funeral Home 601 N 56th Ave. West.
