

Dick was born June 17, 1949 in Duluth to Joseph and Beatrice Talbot. He attended Duluth Central High School.
On August 6, 1988, Dick was united in marriage to Beth Snickers. Together they raised their daughter, Jordan. Dick retired as a Deputy Sheriff of St. Louis County. He loved traveling the countryside on his Harley, camping, cross-word puzzles, reading, eating lobster, and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Tommy and Paulette.
Dick is survived by his wife, Beth; daughter, Jordan; son, James; siblings: Michele (Al) Alexander, Bill Talbot, Robin (Jim) Smrekar, Becca (Bob) Sandoval, Bobby (Sue) Belheumer, Patty (Dale) Bradt, and Jan Marie Larson; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of Essentia Health, 3 E Oncology and Palliative Care.
Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Monday, March 30 in Bell Brothers Funeral Home, Duluth. Memorial Service: 12 Noon, Tuesday, March 31 in Bell Brothers Funeral Home, with visitation 1 hour prior.
