I stayed with you till the end. You mom were my best friend. I admit I was selfish to keep you just to cheer you up. But I was hoping we could watch the Canucks win the Stanley Cup. It was fun holding your hand to watch them play only to say "Ok, they lost, maybe they will win another day". I will miss bringing you fresh coffee in the morning, now I will simply be in mourning.
Thank you for your final note as you laid to rest. I shed lots of tears but it was simply the best.
