Born in Duncan B.C. September 17, 1967. Darrin is survived by his mother Gloria Lockhart; sister Angela (Chuck) McDevitt; brother Chris Lamontagne; daughters Natasha Lamontagne and Athena Lamontagne; granddaughter
Alison Jury; stepchildren Sandy Hopton; Bryan Hopton and Danielle Hopton. Darrin is also remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins as well as many others he would consider extended family.
Darrin was a man of many words and many talents, a deep thinker, a welder, a mechanic, electrician, plumber, carpenter, just to name a few of his valuable talents. He was passionate about music, and found that kicking the crap out of his drum kit was a great way of releasing tension. He sounded pretty damn epic doing it too. He was a man that helped people whenever he could, and expected little to nothing in return. He touched countless lives in his 55 years and his presence is greatly missed.
Predeceased by his father Gary Lamontagne; wife Ramona Lamontagne; Grandfather Fred Lockhart;
Grandmother Ethel Lockhart; Uncle Allan Lockhart; Mother-in-law Ingrid Elliott; Father-in-law Dale Eliiott; nephew Eli Elliott and partner Denise Hopton. May he be overjoyed in reuniting with those that passed before him, and be at peace forever more.
