Henri Amedee Meuse

Henri Amedee Meuse Jr. Henri A. Meuse (Med) passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015 at home in Dallas, TX with his wife Karen Meuse by his side, whom he shared 37 years of marriage, after a battle with cancer. He was born in Gloucester, MA, on February 15, 1947, the son of the late Henri A. Meuse Sr. and Lillian (Salles) Meuse. He attended St. Ann’s Grammar School and Gloucester High School. He graduated from Sylvania Tech in 1981. He worked in various places in Gloucester as a mechanic and he also worked at Eaton in Beverly. Most recent he worked at Sweetheart Cup (Solo Cup) Company for 21 years. Med loved motorcycles and cars. He also enjoyed repairing everything that could be repaired. He is survived by his two step-children Shayne Canning and his wife Alma, Sunnyvale, TX, and Terri Rigol and her husband Tim of Peabody MA. Grandchildren Lee Rigol, Peabody, MA, and Ian and Noah Canning, Sunnyvale, TX. Brothers David Meuse and wife Colleen, Gloucester MA, Paul Meuse and wife Nansette, Waltham, MA, sisters Emily Brown, Haltom City, TX and Linda Wilke and her husband John, Gloucester,MA. Sister-in-laws Linda Mercier and husband Bob, Gina Bertolino and husband Steve, brother-in-law Thomas Giovanni of Gloucester, MA. His deceased brother Sonny Azevedo. Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Godchildren Donald Brown, Ft Worth, TX, Megan Carpenter, Nottingham, NH, Kimberly Nixon, Gloucester, MA, and Christopher Velez, Haltom City,TX. His beloved deceased dogs Penny and Annie. His new pup Lola will miss him dearly. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital or The Humane Society.
