Amy was a restaurant proprietor of Capo's Restaurant. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Clearwater, where she served as a Eucharist Minister. Amy enjoyed walking, sewing and traveling. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Amy was very patriotic and loved this country.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia White; grandson, David White; great-grandchildren, Colby and Amber Rose; niece, Nydia Albert and her children, Elene, Terry and Jack.
