He was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and moved to Florida at a very young age.
Mike was the “Biggest Giver in the World”.
He loved skateboarding, fishing, playing pool, drawing and model cars. Mike was especially gifted at being a “FIX-IT “guy. He could take anything apart, and then put it back together again.
Mike was a certified Medical Assistant, and was extremely proud of this accomplishment. He was pursuing a Business Degree with plans of going to Law School.
Mike loved his family dearly. He is survived by his wife Jennifer and three children, Byron, Victoria, and Drew; parents, Polly Woods and Mitch Carter; aunts, Brigitte, Betty, Dovie and Cissy; uncle, Robert; and best friend, Robbie DeCrane.
