Jaime V. Berry, age 38 of Dunn died Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Jaime was born on November 14, 1982 in Harnett County the son of the late Ander Valentino Brewington and is preceded in death by his grandfather, William “Bill” Brewington.

Jaime worked with his family in the house moving business and loved doing that, he always said it was in his blood. He was true to his family and stood by his family, he loved his kids as well as his nieces and nephews. He was always smiling no matter the circumstances he was in.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Capel with Evangelist Mary Brewington and Pastor Troy Wiley officiating. Burial will follow in Devotional Gardens Cemetery.

He is survived by: His Mother: Patricia Ann Carter of Fayetteville, NC

His Grandmother who was like a mother to him: Mary Lois Brewington of the home.

His Children: Adarien Strickland, Triniti Thompson, Fancy Dallas and Jaime Berry.

Brother: David Colon of Fayetteville, NC and a Sister: Poupa Berry of Fayetteville, NC.

His Uncle who was his second daddy: James Edward Brewington of Godwin, NC. other uncles: Mitchell Berry of South Carolina and Darryl Berry of Alabama.

Aunts: Mary Jean McKoy of Raleigh, NC; Greachel Ann Brewington of Baltimore, Md.; Wonda Barker of Lakeland, Fl.; Fonda Sue Locklear of Laurinburg, NC; Abigail Jacobs of Alabama and Brenda Santiago of Fayetteville, NC; Shirley Cummins of Parkton, NC; Betty Clark of Maxton, NC; Linda Berry of Fayetteville, NC.

And lots of Nieces and Nephews.

There will a visitation Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn. The family will not be present.

Mask are required at all services, due to the covid outbreak.
