Kenneth Dhue Hawley Jr.

Kenneth D. Hawley, Jr. age 68 of Wilmington, formerly of Dunn died on Friday, January 29, 2021 at his home.

Kenneth was born on August 28, 1952 in Sampson County the son of the late Kenneth D. Hawley, Sr. and is preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents, Wilbert & Hettie Belle Hawley and Maternal Grandparents, Elbert & Esther Raynor.

Kenneth was an amazing husband, father & grandfather. He was Veteran in the U.S. Army and worked in the concrete business in management..

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 1, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Johnson & Rev. Troy Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Williford Cemetery.

He leaves behind his wife of 46 years: Vickie Parker Hawley of the home.

Daughters: Sarah H. Kerns and (husband) Russell of Wilmington, NC; Melissa Hawley of Wilmington, NC.

Mother: Mildred Raynor Legassie & (Step-Father) Roger of Sevierville, Tn.

Grandchildren: Paul LeMay, Christian Hughes & (husband) Josh, Tristin Hawley

Great Granddaughter: Avery Jill Hughes

Brother: Thomas Legassie & (wife) Sarah of Johnson City, Tn.

Aunt: Nora Lou White of Dunn, NC.
