

Mrs. Bullard was born May 19, 1932 in Harnett County the daughter of the late Eldridge Harold Ivey and Volena Stewart Ivey and is preceded in death by second husband, Frank Milton Bullard.
Willodean was one of ten children, she loved her family and love spending time with each one. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was very close to her grandchildren and had her own special bond with each one.
She was retired from Gilford Mills in Fuquay-Varina and member of Central Baptist Church in Dunn. She loved the Lord and witnessed to many people about the love of the
God. She loved to listen to Jimmy Swaggert and Charles Stanley and loved gospel music. She enjoyed to listen to “Good Morning Charlie” on the radio daily as well as going to yard sales.
A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 11:00 am at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tom Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow in Devotional Gardens Cemetery.
She is survived by: Son: Eddie McCray Tew & (wife) Sallie of Erwin, NC.
Daughters: Sandy Warren & (husband) Ricky of Dunn NC.
Kimberly Bullard Beasley & (husband) Michael of Coats, NC.
Step-Sons: Timmy Bullard & (wife) Jean of Stedman NC.
Donald Bullard & (wife) Linda of Murfreesboro, TN.
Step-Daughters: Kathy Bentley of Fayetteville, NC, Tammy Fox & Ty of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Karen Levine of Myrtle Beach, SC.
Brother: Linwood Ivey & (wife) Brenda of Dunn, NC.
Sister: Lena Ruth Edwards & (husband) James of Dunn, NC
15 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
Several Nieces and Nephews and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday Evening, September 7, 2022 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn.
