Elaine, I won't dwell on what has happened.  I know Rick will be reading this and I want him to convey my love to Charlotte.  I chose to only remember the good times especially the time in Cancun when we first met in the early 2000's.  One of the highlights was the birthday party Rick gave Rich, which is still talked about. You guys were great fun to be with, and I will miss that.  The next time you come to Cleveland maybe all of us can get together.

So sorry for your loss Elaine and Charlie. Rick and I had so many memories together.

I was sad to learn of Rick's passing. He was a customer at our family restaurant for more years than I can even remember. Always kind, and very enjoyable to chat with. A Roast Beef sub, French Fries and a Loganberry.....always his order. It never changed. We will miss him. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

So many memories....but my happiest memory of you was our slogan.... "hope you have a SMASHING time!"  We were toasting with champagne once and that saying just stuck with us through the years.   So Rick, I'm toasting to you now and hope you are having a SMASHING time up there!  I love you and I will miss you.
