Anne Rosemarie Palmer

Anne Rosemarie Palmer, 55, longtime resident of East Hartford, recently of Lebanon, CT passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011. She was born in Hartford, the daughter of the late Raymond and Theresa (Lapre) Martel. Anne was devoted to her family and was well known to repair all kinds of engines. She is survived by her beloved husband Fred Palmer, her children and their spouses, Rachel Angell and her husband Michael Weed, Becky Palmer and her husband Larry, Fred Palmer and his wife Kim, Michelle Palmer and her husband Tom Malena, and Frederick Palmer III and her siblings Claudette, Gerard, Germaine and Jean. Anne is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Chris, Jonathan, Kaleb, Nicole, Austin, Logan, Wyatt, Kayla, Isabella, Dylan and Sabrina and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Thursday, June 30, 2011 from 4-7PM at the Newkirk and Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, CT 06108. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday July 1, 2011 at 10AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Burnside Avenue in East Hartford.
