Gregory Andrew Bray

Greg was a lifelong resident of East Hartford. He was employed by the East Hartford Board of Education until his retirement in June 2003.

Greg was a member of the Elks and an avid NASCAR fan. He loved bowling, telling stories to his family members (or anyone that would listen), and he really enjoyed the trips that he was able to take to Florida, the Caribbean, and Hawaii. Greg was an independent soul and “he did it his way” - - he lived life on his own terms.

Greg is survived by a sister, June G. Bray of East Hartford, his brother William H. Bray, Jr. (Diane Guillet Bray) of New Hartford, his brother Richard W. Bray (Sue Newbauer) of Saunderstown, RI; and nieces and nephews, Rebecca (Bray) Gompper, Rachel (Bray) Stieber, William Bray and Justin Bray.

The family would like to thank the staff at Riverside Health & Rehab, and a special friend Jane Starkowski – Polvani for their care and support.
