Born in Hartford, Connecticut on December 21, 1986, Gregory spent much of his lifetime in the Hartford, Connecticut area. He lived a quiet and steady life, finding comfort in familiar routines and simple pleasures. Gregory will be remembered for his kindness, willingness to help those less fortunate than him, and his ability to remain optimistic despite darkness that followed him.
In his free time, Gregory enjoyed journaling, drawing, cooking, and continuing his education.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Hauserman, sister, Amanda Fenimore, his son, Leland Hauserman, grandmother, Mary Lou Maloney, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his father, Paul Hauserman.
We take comfort in knowing that Gregory is surrounded by light and reunited with his father, free from the struggle on earth. Our grief over losing him is infinite. And now so is he. In lieu of a celebration of life in honor of Gregory, the family encourages a donation to anyone you know who is struggling, or to a cause that is dedicated to the treatment, awareness and assistance to those suffering from mental illness. We are hopeful that honoring the life of one man will awaken compassion, unconditional love and understanding for all those afflicted, resulting in mental health awareness now so long overdue.
