Phyllis Clinton

Phyllis Clinton 81, formerly of East Hartford passed away on Monday December 13, 2010 in Vero Beach, FL. Phyllis was born January 9, 1929 in Hartford daughter of the late Marshall Clinton Sr. and Helen Massaro (Jaconski) Clinton. She was raised in East Hartford and was a longtime communicant of St. Mary’s Church. She was employed by Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a Systems Analyst for many years. Her favorite hobby was following the Clinton Genealogy.

Phyllis is survived by her two children Ralph E. Myers and Marilyn Myers both of Sebastian, FL: a sister Barbara Mathiau of South Windsor: four grandchildren Melissa and Sarah Myers, Tara Higgins and Amanda Merejildo: four great grandchildren John, Amanda, Cameron and Ashley: and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Along with both her parents she was predeceased her son Marshall Myers, and by her eight siblings Marshall, Paul and Henry Clinton, Rita Schaeffler, Ruth Aschenbrenner, Joyce Carey, Evelyn Zagorski and Marjorie Pelletier.

Family and friends are invited on Saturday (Dec. 18th) at 10 a.m. to the Callahan Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, for a period of visitation prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, East Hartford.
