Ralph Noonan, passed away Saturday, February 12th from complications arising from liver and kidney disease. Ralph was a life-long resident of Elmwood, and recently of Rocky Hill. Ralph was a US Navy veteran of more than 20 years, serving around the world, and is also retired from Lomac Limited in East Windsor.
Ralph is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Vickie Noonan of Atlanta, Georgia and by a nephew, Michael Noonan and a niece, Heather Noonan, both of Windsor. He is predeceased by his parents, George and Estella Noonan of Elmwood and a brother, David Noonan of Boston.
