Agnes Aileen Miller

She was predeceased by her parents Joe and Helen Dolton; husband Pete in 2002; daughter, Mary Helen Hamill; sisters, Joanne Gutzki and Betty Bollinger and close friend Velma Hunter. Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Suzanne (Harry) Laidig, Nancy (Vincent) Phillips, Brian (Amy) Miller and Peter (Bobbie) Miller; son in law, Roy Hamill; sister, Patricia Bell and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren with another baby coming in December. Our mother was a very caring person and spent many hours assisting others with their appointments. Her favorite pastime was visiting and helping everyone she possibly could. She was also a champion babysitter from the mid 1960’s to the mid 1990’s. She will be deeply missed by those of us still here. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2017 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 East Grand River Ave., East Lansing. The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm on Thursday, August 31st and 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
