Born August 3, 1970 in Lansing, Michigan to John and Roberta Slater, passed away March 19, 2014 at the age of 43. Angela was a graduate of Okemos High, Lansing Community College and received her BSN from the University of Phoenix. She was a registered nurse at Sparrow Health Systems for many years.
Angela lives on through her daughter, Emma Noel Slater; parents, John and Roberta; sister, Debora Herriman; best friend and cousin, Marina; close friend, Dan and many aunts, uncles, nephews, niece, cousins and friends.
A service of Celebration and Victory in Christ will be conducted on Tuesday, March 25, 1:00 p.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 2418 Aurelius Rd., Holt. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to her daughter, Emma or St. Matthew Lutheran Church. “Dance with the Angels, darling”.
