Bev was the matriarch of our family that led all of us by example. She radiated kindness, greeting everyone that met her with a big, warm smile and a friendly hello. She was an avid reader and was gifted at knitting, cross stitch and all things crafty. She was an amazing cook and baker, often showing her love through special meals and treats she made for others. Bev was well known for her pecan pies and jam bars that she made for church and family gatherings. She loved challenges that made her think including jigsaw puzzles and crosswords. After she relocated to Lansing, she was an active member of the Jug and Mug Ski Club. It was there that she met the love of her life, Fred Miller. They enjoyed 54 years of marriage together traveling, enjoying lots of smooth jazz, golfing, motorcycling, attending MSU sporting events and enjoying many events with the Lansing Hearth and Hill Club. She was an active member of Mayflower Congregational Church.
