Born May 22, 1935 to Andrew and Isabelle George, Burl C. George died October 14, 2010 at the age of 75. In 1953 he graduated from Haslett High School and remained a life-long resident. He loved old cars and his friends.
Bud was preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife Bonnie George in 2008. He is survived by daughters Cathy George and JoAnn George; sons Mark (Melissa) George and Paul George; eight grandchildren including his special caregiver, Dana; and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Monday, October 18, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Middle Street, Williamston. The family will receive friends Sunday, from 1:00-3:00 and 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
