Gordon Williams, Ph.D., age 71, died on Tuesday, January 14, 2015, from cancer. He is survived by his wife Elaine, sons Jeff and Steve, 3 grandchildren, sister Linda Slaviero of Arizona, and brother Richard Williams of North Carolina.
Gordon retired in 2006 after 35 years of service in the Counseling Center at Michigan State University. A service to celebrate his life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 24, at University United Methodist Church, 1120 South Harrison Road, East Lansing.
The family will receive visitors at the church at 10 AM.
