Kenneth Irvin Myers

Age 67, passed away Aug. 5, 2016. He was born February 8, 1949 in New Castle PA to Kenneth H. and Joella Myers. Kenneth was highly respected by friends and colleagues. He had a successful 32 year career with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and was also retired from Capital Bancorp in Lansing, MI. Kenneth was an avid golfer, enjoyed traveling, Blackjack, playing the slots, and eating, especially breakfast. He was quick with a joke and loved making people laugh. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his wife, Susan Middleton Myers; significant other, Sharon Kustelski; daughters, Kimberly (Jaime) Saleh, Erin (Loren) Bettles; grandchildren, Cayden and Cooper Saleh, Bradley and Audrey Bettles; brother, Gary Myers; and sister, Amy (Gary) Martin.

A funeral service will take place August 9, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 E. Grand River Ave, East Lansing, MI with Rev. Dr. Harold DeMott officiating. The family will receive visitors one hour prior at the funeral home. Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Tiffin, OH on August 10, 2016 at 1:00 pm.
