Linda L. Hoisington

She was a resident of the Lansing area all of her life and retired from a career with the State of Michigan. Linda loved Lake Michigan, Mackinaw and Traverse City. Her family, especially her grandchildren, were near and dear to her heart.

Linda is preceded by her parents; brothers, Charles O’Brien Jr. and James O’Brien and sister, Bonnie Swisher. Surviving are her daughter, Heather Hoisington; son, Ryan Hoisington; grandchildren, Rhyann Hickmott, Nicholas Hoisington, Logan Hoisington, Keegan Hoisington; sisters, Patsy Woehler, Joann (Vernon) Wieferich, Mary (LaVern) Wieferich, Terry (Bill) Jarvis and Vickie (Art) Kieselbach; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; special friends, Pam and Steve.

The funeral service will be held Monday, March 30, 2015, 5pm, at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 E. Grand River Ave., East Lansing, MI 48823. The family will receive friends from 3-5 pm prior to the service.
