Terry Clayton Canfield, age 86, of Bath, Michigan passed away on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024. Terry was born November 7, 1937 in Bath, Michigan to Herbert and Fledda (Watson) Canfield . He began his working career at General Motors where he retired after 44 years. He was also a farmer for most of his life.
Throughout his life, Terry loved to fish, bowl, camp, play softball and golf. He was a member of the Bath Baptist Church. He loved spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Louise Canfield; his son, Randy Clayton Canfield; his grandson, Freddy Garza; his son-in-law Wayne Beckner Sr.; his parents; and his brother Keith Canfield.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Kim (Charles) Hopkins, Tamayra Beckner, Terry Canfield, and Rick (Laura) Canfield; step-children Greg Webb Michelle Upham (Brian); his 20 grandchildren, his 36 great-grandchildren; his 9 great-great-grandchildren; his sister, K. Elaine (Barry) Tarrant; his sister-in-law Delores "Dee" Canfield; many nieces, nephews, and a community of dear friends.
