Dona, Raquel, Shannon and I are thinking of  you and your family.  We can't even imagine the depth of your sadness and grief at this time. Instead of calling you today, I felt it best to reach out to you in writing .  We all want to forward our deepest condolences to you and your family. There are no words in any language to comfort parents who lose a child. That said, we do want you to know that we are here for you in any way you or your family needs. You are one of the kindest persons we know Tibebe. The love you have for family and life is simply remarkable and unmatched. We will continue to be with you in thoughts and prayers as you grieve and help navigate your family through the challenging days ahead.

Bjorn and our family will fondly remember Tsega as a kind, genital and soft spoken young man who loved sports and life, with his sweet and mischievous smile, that was a joy to be around.   It is apparent that Tsaga has always had an impact on his peers.  Even in his tragic and untimely loss, he has had an unmistakable influence in drawing his old classmates closer back together.

Tsaga's service at Trinity was very profound and meaningful, and had a notable impact on many there. We are thankful that in this difficult hour, your family knows and trusts in our heavenly Lord; "The Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” 2 Corinthians 1:3–4.

How very sorry I am for your loss. I fondly remember Tsega as my second grade student at Spartan Village School. It was such a special time with our community of families and children and that class was very special to me, each with their own gifts. It was the last year Spartan Village was open and we all held each other close that year. Tsega was a unique child with a special smile, always smiling. He will be missed and always remembered. 

To Azeb, Tibebe, Samuel and Hilina you all are in my prayers at this difficult time. May God comfort you all. There is no word for me to express my deepest condolences. Keeping you all in my prayer. 

This is definitely going to be tough road ahead with out you. It's sad you had to go at such a young age but unfortunately this was part of your plan. I remember nothing but good times I hope your family doesn't let this slow down their process and we take this as a lesson to check up on one another.  I love you and your family. Rest easy cousin

To Tibebe and Azeb and the entire family, we send you love and prayers. It is hard to imagine the pain you are going through following the loss of your dear son. May God Almighty grant you peace and grace to bear this great loss.  Your family and friends, far and near,  stand by you each day, to comfort you and provide the much needed shoulder to lean on. I watched this beautiful child grow up along side my own. I remember all the kids playing in Spartan Village. Tsega was always kind and smiling. I will never forget how surprised I was at how fast he grew.  I probably annoyed him by remarking at this every time I saw him. Tsega was 2 years older than my son Brennan and 3 years younger than my daughter, Ali...but that didn’t matter in Spartan Village and in East Lansing. The kids all played together. My heart breaks with this loss. Watching a child grow, the promise of their long life ahead is just a given. He had promise and a light about him. May his light always shine brightly. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

Its so heart breaking to see such a young soul leave this world. Tsega always put a smile on my face in middle school. I remember thinking one day “this kid never stops smiling” it’s sad saying goodbye. May your beautiful soul Rest In Peace I’m keeping your family in my prayers I know it’s not easy, but take courage.

We are so very sorry for your loss!  Our son Tyler spoke highly of Tsega and considered him a friend.  This is a devastating loss to all who knew him.  Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during such a difficult time.  He is gone too soon but will never be forgotten.
