Passed away on March 18, 2017, at the age of 99. Virginia was born December 6, 1917, to Floyd and Mina (Leffingwell) Kirkpatrick in Clare, MI.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred and brother, William Kirkpatrick. She is survived by her sons, Tod (Kathy), Lee (Linda); five grandchildren, Katie Gerard (Dave Milewski), Scott Gerard, Kerry (Mark) Muldoon, Kristy (Luke) Sandel, Kelly (Steve) Smith and six great-grandchildren, Arianna, Cameron, Carter, Erin, Ian and Liam.
A graveside service for family members will be held in Clare, MI this summer.
The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, East Chapel.
