William Wayne Hagerman, age 85, died December 12, 2013. He was born September 21, 1928 in Lansing, MI to Charles W. and Olive M. (Hanks) Hagerman.
William grew up in Okemos and graduated from Okemos High School. He married his high school sweetheart, Beverly. They have been married 65 years. William worked in skilled trades at the Oldsmobile plant in Lansing, and later as a handyman. He was a Boy Scout leader when his sons were Boy Scouts.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Charles and Larry; 3 sisters, Kate, Lois, and Charlene.
Surviving are his wife, Beverly; daughter, Cindy M. Greenleaf; 3 sons, William T. Hagerman, Thomas A. Hagerman, and Timothy E. Hagerman; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and sister, Tina.
Private services have been held.
