Glenna J. Smock

Born October 6, 1935 in Colchester, Illinois to Glenn and Marguerite (Bushmire) McCord; she married Paul Eldon Smock on September 6, 1952 in Kahoka, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 26, 2010.

Surviving are her daughter, Pamela Roberts; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and brothers, Jack and Jerry McCord.

Also preceding in death were her son, Paul; her brother, Joe and her sister Judy Sapp.

Glenna was an Adjuster with the Country Companies for many years.

She was a member of Bartonville Christian Church, Order of the Eastern Star (Morton), Royal Neighbors (Past Oracle), and was a Past Guardian of Jobs Daughters having received the Distinguished Jobs Daughter Award.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Bartonville Christian Church, of which she was a member.

Cremation has been accorded by Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Memorials are suggested to the Bartonville Christian Church Food Pantry.
