She was born August 4, 1945 in Peoria, IL to Frank G. and Jewel Mae (Owen) Chew. She married Larry Webster on October 22, 1972 in East Peoria. He survives of East Peoria.
Also surviving are her daughters, Amy (Jason) Potter and Sarah Webster, all of East Peoria; and grandchildren, Logan and Melanie.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Betty Wright and brother Frank Chew, Jr.
Judy and her husband owned several area businesses over the years including Mattress Mart and the former club, Inn-Cahoots.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Remmert Funeral Home, East Peoria, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 pm. The Rev. Andrew Hopp will officiate. Cremation will be accorded following the funeral.
