Lori Lynn Bartley, 63, of East Peoria, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at her home. Born in Peoria, on March 10, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Bennie and Frances (Shew) Rentsch. On April 30, 1983, she married Kerry Bartley.
Surviving Lori is her husband; two sons, Kristopher (Jennifer) Bartley and Benjamin Bartley; two grandsons, Kaleb and Benson; a brother, Richard Rentsch; and mother-in-law, Patsy Bartley.
Lori was a chef at many restaurants over the years and also owned Mimi's Family Restaurant. She enjoyed cooking, reading, fishing, boating, live rock music, and most of all - spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Remmert Funeral Home, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at Noon. Interment will follow at Roberts Cemetery.
