He was born January 20, 1956 in Macomb, IL to Robert E. and Virginia M. (Kerr) Parker and they have preceded him in death.
Surviving are his step-mother, Sally Parker; sister, LaChelle Parker; and several cousins in the Peoria and Mt. Sterling areas.
Tim committed his life to serving his country in the US Air Force from which he retired with the rank of Technical Sergeant.
Following his retirement, he returned to the Peoria area where he reconnected with his cousins.
Air Force Funeral Honors will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday, July 10, 2025 Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria.
