Mrs. Betty B. Renfroe

Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Eugene Renfroe of East Point, GA. The love they shared during their brief courtship in 1946 lasted throughout their lifetime. Betty and Gene were always proud of their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by son, Larry (Linda) Renfroe; three daughters, Linda Watson, Becky Fisher and Kathy (Charles)Mobley; nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren

Betty lived with daughter, Linda Watson, in Newport, TN since 2004. Betty loved music and dancing. Her huge music collection was mostly on vinyl records. While she never had a personal pet until the last two years of her life, she loved her dog Beau, the family Bishon.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 24 from 3-9.The service for Mrs. Renfroe will be held Monday, April 25 in the Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral home Chapel. Burial will take place after the service in Westview Cemetery.
