Louis Carlton Dixon, of College Park, GA, died June 9, 2011 at the age 89. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Zoe Drake Dixion and daughter, Zoe Miller, sons, Carl Dixon, Jr., and Al Dixon, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren. He graduated from Georgia Military Academy and served in WWII in the Philippines as a combat photographer. He also worked for the Atlanta Journal as a photographer and later as a professional photographer in Atlanta. Graveside services will be held Monday, June 13, 2011 at 2:00pm at Westview Cemetery.
