Amee Warwick Spurlock

Amee (Agnes) Warwick Spurlock, age 40, formerly of Chattanooga, died on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Amee attended Notre Dame High School Chattanooga and graduated Porter Chapel Vicksburg, Mississippi before attending Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was a member of St. Pauls Catholic Church in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Preceded in death by mother, Mary Jo Lavecchia; grandfather, Dr. Joseph Vincent Lavecchia; grandfather E J Warwick and grandmother, Agnes Sawyer Warwick.

Survived by husband, William Spurlock of Chattanooga, Tennessee; daughter, Cede Warwick of Chattanooga, Tennessee; father, Edward Warwick of Chattanooga; brother, Edward Joseph Warwick, Sr. and sister, Mary Sullivan Moore both of Chattanooga; grandmother, Josephine Lavecchia of Chattanooga.

Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 11 AM at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Chattanooga with Monsignor George E. Schmidt, Monsignor T Allen Humbrecht and Father Jim Vick officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Church. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
