Anita Lee Ballew, 80, of Ringgold, GA passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021 in a local hospital. She worked as church secretary and attended Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. Anita was also a Notary Public.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louin and Ruth Nichols Cabe; a son, Gregg Ballew and a daughter, Gretta Davidow.
Survivors include her husband, Johnny Ballew; son Eric (Jami) Ballew; daughter, Brittany Rowe; daughter-in-law, Kim Ballew; five grandchildren, Alex Ballew, Audrey Ballew, Emma Ballew, Ashlyn Farrow and Addy Mariakis; three great-grandchildren, Calla Rowe, Demmi Rowe and Braylee Ballew; sister, Janice (Jerry) Clark.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Sunday at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rusty Taylor and the Rev. Clair Sauer officiating. Burial will be private at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Saturday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road.
