Bobbie Norris Griffin, 81, of East Ridge passed away Monday, December 31, 2018. She was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the McAlister Sunday School Class. Mrs. Griffin was retired as a secretary from the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local #43 after 32 years of service. She was also a member of Senior Friends and enjoyed traveling with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Bill Griffin, Jr., parents, Lester and Estelle Norris and a brother, Franklin Norris.
She is survived by three daughters, Kay Byas of Chattanooga, Pam Meadows and Kristy (Greg) Wilson all of Atlanta and her three granddaughters, Jennifer Byas, Madison Wilson and Kelsey Wilson.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM Friday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Dr. Courtney Krueger officiating.. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
