Mrs. Stilwell was a graduate of North Fulton High School and Auburn University. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, a Master Bridge player, a dedicated homemaker and a loving mother.
She was preceded in death her husband, Richard N. Stilwell, Sr.
Surviving are her son, Tommy (Pam) Trotter of Soddy Daisy; daughter, Lyn Trotter of Harrisburg, PA; stepson, Richard N. (Nancy) Stilwell, Jr of Chattanooga; and stepdaughters, Patricia Ann Groeper of Minneapolis, MN and Pam Stilwell of Knoxville, TN.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 PM on Wednesday and 12 noon to 1 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be 1 PM on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the funeral home with Rev Susan Butler officiating.
Burial will follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park, Red Bank.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga (4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37416), McKamey Animal Center (4500 North Access Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37415), or CADAS (207 Spears Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37405).
