David William Hatcher, 50, of East Ridge died Friday, September 10, 2010 in a local hospital. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM Tuesday at Cofer Cemetery with the Rev. Wayland Stewart officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road East Ridge, TN.
