Harvey Lee Jones, 82, of East Ridge passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 at his home. He was a member of Spring Creek Road Baptist Church. Mr. Jones was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War. He was retired from Hubbuch Glass Company after 40 years of service. Mr. Jones was an avid golfer, braves fan and loved to coach baseball.
He was preceded in death by his wife of many years, Edna Ruth Jones; a daughter, Pamela Feltman; a brother, Jody Jones and a sister, Janie Ford.
Survivors include his son, Gene (Ann) Jones; daughter, Kimberly (Chris) Perry; son-in-law, Wendell Feltman three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews and his best friend, Jim Rominger.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM Tuesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. James Julian officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
