Mrs. Stephens was born and raised in Chattanooga, graduated from Central High School and was a dedicated homemaker. She was a longtime member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and belonged to the McAllester Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Miles “Wimpy” Stephens; and sons, Randall and Larry Stephens.
She is survived by her son Garry and his wife, Linda Stephens; grandsons, Joshua (Alexandra) Stephens and Zachary Stephens; great-grandchildren, Isabella and Benjamin; special niece, Kay (Cecil) Pearce; special nephew, Robert (Donna) Morris; and several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be at 11:30 AM on Monday, June 25, 2012 at the funeral home with Mr. Bruce Clark officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the McAllester Sunday School Class.
