Mrs. Edwards was born on January 1, 1914 to Alexander and Mary Ryall. She was a dedicated member of Temple Baptist Church and was retired from Signal Knitting Mills as a Supervisor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeptha Edwards, second husband, Alvis Culver; her parents; nine siblings; and son-in-law, James Cloud.
Surviving are her daughter, Joyce Cloud; grandchildren, Charlotte Cloud, Lamar (Jean) Cloud; great-granddaughter, Lori Dotson; sister, Dee Parker; step-children, Jeri Brahms, Gary Culver, Sue (Gene) Nolan, Reba (Doyle) McCormack and Sandra (Rick) Napier; several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday and 12 Noon to 1 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be at 1 PM on Friday, December 7, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
