She had been a member of Second Baptist Church for 87 years, and had served as Church Secretary and Treasurer.
Survivors include her husband, Clyde Gibson; brother, Charles Morrell, San Antonio, TX; sister, Dorothy Oliver, Cleveland, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 PM Monday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 404 S. Moore Road with the Rev. Mickey Oliver officiating.
Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery
The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
