Kelly Thomas Hodnett, 45, of Flintstone, Georgia died Thursday, November 29, 2012 in a local hospital. Survivors include mother, Jerry Davis, father, Mickey J. Hodnett (Sharon) of Louisville, Kentucky, brother, Jody M. Hodnett of Flintstone, sisters Nancy H. Kay (Raymond); of Rock Spring, Georgia, Sarah Anne Hodnett, Louisville, Kentucky, nephews Jeff Kay (Leslie) and family, Jim Kay (Terri) and family, aunts and uncles.
Kelly was a beloved son and brother. He was a brothers’ keeper to all that needed him and even in death as an organ donor.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 PM on Sunday and from 12-1 Monday at the Rock Spring United Methodist Church at Rock Spring, Georgia.
Memorial service will be at 1 PM Monday December 3, 2012 at the Rock Spring United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jerry Peele officiating and Rev. Donald Givens officiating.
