She was proceeded in death by her parents Roscoe and Glendon Shelton Philpot and her husband John Dee Morgan.
Survivors include her son John David (Elizabeth) Morgan, one granddaughter Anne Marie Morgan, sister Fay Riddle, brother Clifford (Cathy) Philpot and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Rd with Minister George Cupp and Minister Chris Barnett officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens West. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday and 11:00 to 12:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
