Mrs. Haley a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother (Nannie), was born in Timmonsville, South Carolina to the late Daniel and Bernice Freeman. She was a graduate of Central High School and had previously worked at Freeman Motors and as a Credit Manager at Mangles Department Store. Most recently, she was the Property Manager/Owner of various real estate properties in Chattanooga.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Henry Freeman.
Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Jerry L. Haley; daughters, Kathy (David) Coker and Lisa (Jason) Moulton; grandchildren, Kelly (John) Jacobs, Rachel Coker, and Katie (Stefan) Hanley; and great-grandson, Harper Jacobs.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 11:30 AM on Friday, June 19, 2015 at the funeral home with Rev. Adam Howard officiating.
A private burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens East.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
