Samuel Gerald Brumlow, age 57, of Chattanooga died November 5, 2011. He was born June 30, 1954 in Chattanooga the son of the late Lloyd Samuel and Ruth Evelyn Brumlow and was also preceded in death by brothers Tommy Brumlow and David Brumlow; and sister Carol Lewis.
Mr. Brumlow was always willing to help anyone in need. He really enjoyed being Papaw to his grandchildren and especially loved watching his grandson, Ramsey, play baseball; he was a big UT fan. Mr. Brumlow worked for 30 years in the elevator industry. He was a member of Elizabeth Terrace Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Vickie Brumlow; sons Jason (Ashwaq) Moore and Adam (Becky) Brumlow; grandchildren Ramsey Brumlow and Reese Brumlow; sister Jeanne Russell and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday November 8, 2011 at 1:30 pm in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens West.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 5-8.
