Survivors are: daughter, Alisha Kennedy of Birmingham AL; two grandsons, Kyler and Rylie Kennedy; father and mother, Jack and Jean Hayes; sister, Pam (Sis) West; niece, Jennifer West; great niece, Erica Owen; great nephew, Cody Owen; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 4 - 8 pm on Monday and 10:30 – 11:30 am on Tuesday at the East Chapel.
Services will be at 11:30 am on Tuesday at the funeral home with Reverend Brian Haney of Anchor of Hope Baptist Church officiating.
Burial will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens South.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 404 South Moore Road.
