Tom was born in Breckenridge, TX. He retired from TVA after 30 years of service. He served in Vietnam in 1968 and 1969. He received a Purple Heart, a Bronze Star and numerous other medals and ribbons.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kyna Anderson Babb; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Babb, Sr.; brother, Mike Babb; and special friend, Terry Marsh.
Surviving are his brothers, Ronnie Babb of Murfreesboro, TN and Anthony Babb of Johnson City, TN; and a very special friend, Charlene Kimbrell of Chattanooga.
Funeral Services will be private.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist. 404 South Moore Road.
