Tina Michelle Wilson

Tina Michelle Wilson, 53, of East Ridge passed away on Wednesday March 1, 2023 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born March 16, 1969 in Chattanooga. She graduated from Ooltewah High School, Class of 1987. She went on to a career as a Mortgage Loan Processor with Highlands Mortgage. Her family was the most important thing in her life. She was the matriarch of the family and accepted and loved all those that knew her. She was an animal lover and an advocate for all animals. She was always there to lend a hand or an ear. She was a beacon of knowledge always willing to help others.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Hawk, her aunts, Sharon Ray; Johnnie Day; and Lorraine McKenzie, and a great-nephew, Skylar Coleman.

Left behind to cherish Tina’s memory are her loving husband of 26 years, Joe Wilson, sons, Brad (Kelsey) Wilson and Chris Wilson, grandson, Hollan Hawk Wilson, her parents, Jerry and Virginia Holland, sister Julie Hawk, brother Brad (Beth) Hawk, niece Starr (Chuck) Presley, nephew Travis Hawk, adored nieces and nephews, and many special friends.

A Celebration of Tina’s Life will be held in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Saturday March 4, 2023 at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends Friday evening March 3, 2023 from 4-8 pm. She will be entombed in the Lomenick Mausoleum.
