Troy E. Moore, Sr, 50, of East Ridge passed away Friday, July 27, 2012 at his home. He was a graduate of East Ridge High School class of 1980. He had been employed for several years with Shaw Industries, but at the time of his death was working for Kenco Logistics. Troy’s passion was photography and he was a member of the Chattanooga Photography Club.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Moore.
Survivors include two sons, T.J. Moore, Jr. of Chattanooga and Michael Aaron Moore of Knoxville; one granddaughter; Father and Step-mother, Jack and Norma Moore of East Ridge; one brother, David (Sheila) Moore of East Ridge; one half brother, Mark Downey of Greeneville, TN; two half sisters, Melanie (Charlie) Spires of Cleveland, TN and Connie (Mike) Zalabak of Niota, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Tuesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 S. Moore Road with the Rev. Edmon Stallings officiating. Burial will be in Tyner Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
